The Hemi Hustle

For those that want The Hemi experience without being in a “race” atmosphere, The Hemi Hustle is the perfect option to get a good taste of Elbert County riding. Starting at the McNeil Ranch at Peaceful Valley, The Hemi Hustle starts out with a super fun double track road leading out of the Ranch for about 2 miles before entering the serene gravel roads of Elbert County. This 30-mile course packs in a good mix of hilly terrain on some killer gravel road. Almost 1/3 of this course will be inside the 3800-acre Scout property. The roads are awesome and incredibly scenic! There will be two aid stations out on course where you can refuel with a variety of food and drink, and say hi to some gracious volunteers. Even though it’s the smallest of the 3 Hemi events, it is still quite challenging. Your legs will be tired, but so will your smile!

• Don’t care much about your time (although you will be timed!).
• Don’t need a ton of miles.
• Off the couch training program.
• Want to get your feet wet and see what all this gravel talk is about?
• Want to feel like you earned your beer for the day?
• Want to ride with your 12 year-old one last time?
